Management Team Together the Valeo Management team bring a wide range of experience and expertise to the company. Some people have been involved in shaping the evolving world of care over the past thirty years. Some have come from social work, others from older peoples residential services and specialist Autism backgrounds. Other members of the team have wide ranging industrial and commercial experience, bringing those much needed skills and qualifications to the world of care. A number of our Registered Managers started with Valeo as Level 1 Project Workers and have worked their way up through the company gaining vital experience and expertise along the way. |
Project Workers Our project workers reflect society, they come in all shapes and sizes, are of all ages, coming from very diverse cultural and social backgrounds. Some have worked in care for many years, others deciding on a career change later in life. Two things bind this eclectic group together
