Valeo is committed to a long-term programme of staff training and development.

This programme of training is delivered by suitably qualified and experienced in house and external trainers.

We have an established training team and house managers will support all employees in personal development across a number of areas:

All new members of staff recieve a full weeks induction prior to commencing shift.

Valeo are a reconised Open College Network Centre. This allows us to offer accredited training including The Learning Disability Qualifiction
